Day of Coordinator

This package is for anyone who has their vision fully mapped and planned out, vendors are booked and only need me to implement that awesome vision for you. Let me help you enjoy your day as it will go by so quickly and you don't want to work or stress this day!

Destination Events and Weddings

Planning an event or a wedding outside of Arizona? We can help! We offer remote planning services with onsite coordination. This includes all communications with venue staff, contract review, logistics planning and day of execution. Reach out to discuss your event in more detail.

Pricing will vary based on destination and level of assistance needed.

Month of Coordination

Need a little more assistance than day of coordination?

Working with you starts at least 60 days prior to event. We will meet to discuss your vision, vendors and create your timeline. We will review your event setup, design and all planned activities. Working with you much earlier allows us to fine tune your plan. I also work on confirming booked vendors or assist with any additional vendors needed, going over final details or helping with last minute changes or additions to the event!

Elopements & Micro Weddings

Private and intimate? Or smaller guest count? Let us help you organize it with none of the stress. We can assist from setup and decor to take down and cleanup. We have a vetted list of resources and vendors to help execute your wedding, let us help you be everything you want your wedding to be.

Event Planning

I assist with every detail of the planning process! This can start with selecting a venue and your vendors to build a team that will bring your vision together. We have a list of solid and vetted vendors we call our "power pack" and will also research any additional vendors you may be interested in hiring for your event.

Corporate Events

Planning your next corporate event? We can work with you to ensure it's successful and on brand.

We can assist with banquets, fundraisers, holiday parties, employee appreciation, galas and grand opening events.

All packages include venue walkthrough, in person and video meetings, unlimited phone and email communications. Starting prices are based on guest count up to 150 people for events within the Phoenix metro area. Guest count of 150+ will require an event assistant, which incurs an additional fee.
